1. I forgot my username and password.

I just signed up and have not received my User Name and Password.
Your UserName and Password will be sent to
the email address you used when you signed up. If you have not
received your Username and Password, please contact customer support.

This is my first time trying to log in but my username and password
do not work.
Here
are possible explanations:
(a)
Make sure you enter your username and password exactly as you
did when you signed up; our system is cAsE SeNsiTiVe, this means
if your username and password have CAPITAL letters you must login
using capital letters, enter your username and password exactly
as shown on your membership form. Refer to the order confirmation
email that you received shortly after you joined. If you are not
sure of your username and/or password, click Here

(b) Make sure you are using the latest version of Internet
Explorer, not the browser provided by AOL, or any other internet
service provider. This version is available for download free
of charge on the Microsoft website. Click

(c) Additionally the following programs are incompatible
with our sites and should be disabled, before accessing our sites.
These include but are not limited to Norton Website Security,
WatchDog, Adguard and any firewall programs.
(d)
Ensure that you have cookies, and java enabled. To do this, follow
the directions below.
> Click Tools, located at the top of your browser between favourites
and help.
> Click Internet Options, Select Security and then Custom Level.
> Scroll down until you see Cookies, select enable.
> Continue to scroll down to Microsoft VM Java Permissions,
select Medium Security.
> Click OK when finished.
> Close Internet Explorer and reopen.
(e) Users of Internet Explorer 6 must select the privacy
tab in order to enable all cookies. Java permission must be set
as explained above. To change your privacy settings follow the
directions below.
> Click Tools, located at the top of your browser between favourites
and help.
> Click Internet Options, Select Privacy.
> Move the slider to the "Accept All Cookies" setting
at the very bottom.
> When finished click Apply then O.K.
If you are absolutely certain that you are entering your username
and password correctly and have followed all the steps above and
you still cannot enter the site, Click

I have been a member for 2 months and suddenly I cannot use my
password. I get a message stating "Authorization has failed."
Why can't I get in?
Here are possible explanations:
(a)
You didn't enter your username and password in the correct case
(upper/lower case) sequence.
(b) Your credit card was declined.
(c) Your credit card expired last month so we could not
run your card this month. We inform all of our members of this.
(d) unless we do not have a valid e-mail address or they
do not want any e-mail sent.
(e) You cancelled your account.
(f) We canceled your account for unauthorized use of a
credit card, sharing your password with other people, or similar
reasons.
(g) You moved and didn't notify us. Therefore your credit
card was declined because your address could not be verified.
